Is there a rental fee to use this space?

There is no charge to use the space, provided that a predetermined minimum food and beverage sales spend is met, exclusive of taxes and gratuities.

Is a deposit required to book this space?

Yes, in order to secure the space a $250 reservation deposit is required at time of booking. However, this deposit can either be applied toward your final bill - or - is fully reimbursed once required sales are met and the bill is paid.

What is your cancellation policy?

We need two weeks cancellation notice to fully refund the deposit.

Are there any additional fees?

Quoted prices do not include HST or gratuities unless otherwise agreed upon at time of booking.
